This is a one day seminar including lunch and an on site framing inspection.
This class will cover the applicable codes for framing, roofing, siding, grading, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. As much as time allows the class will be an open forum for discussion of the codes and their interpretations in a real world setting. You must have a current 2006 IRC code book to attend this class.

This class will prove to be invaluable to you during an inspection. It deals with the most common code defect items found during the construction process. Learn what to look for immediately upon entering into the structure. A hands on experience providing valuable information with a better understanding of what you should be looking for.
If you are a member of a recognized trade organization, pay by check or cash and register early then your course cost will be $186.20.
