Practical Code Applications for Builders and Home Inspectors

This is a one day seminar including lunch and an on site framing inspection.

This class will cover the applicable codes for framing, roofing, siding, grading, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. As much as time allows the class will be an open forum for discussion of the codes and their interpretations in a real world setting. You must have a current 2000 irc code book to attend this class.
