House Secrets: Common Violations Found In New Construction is a 3-hour continuing education course for real estate agents taught by Stan A. Garnet. In this course, Mr. Garnet discusses standard code items that are most commonly neglected in new construction today through a photographic site inspection showing practical code applications and the correct methodology to follow in new construction. Misunderstood code issues and how construction defects slip through the cracks will also be covered. This course is designed to help agents understand new construction inspections which can expedite a home’s sale and an agent’s productivity. $55
How to perform a Pre Sheet Rock Inspection. 6 hours. 3 in class and 3 on site. Good for builders, inspectors and consumers wanting to build their own home. This will be a code class identifying what to look for before the sheetrock is installed. $75.00 |

THE ASHI HOME INSPECTION MINI SERIES CERTIFICATION PREP COURSE
Each mini series class is 4 hours and each class is $79 except for the one day inspection class.
The onsite home inspection is $150. This is one 7-hour day class.

Learn how to perform home inspections and become an ASHI certified Inspector through our new miniseries. Choose any one of our mini courses or all of them to complete the preparation course leading to certification as an ASHI certified home inspector. The full series will prepare you for the National Home Inspector certification test which is one of the requirements of becoming an ASHI certified inspector. You must complete this course, write the National Home inspector exam, write the ASHI standards exam and then fulfill the requirements of ASHI before becoming a fully certified ASHI home inspector.
