This 72 hour course is specially designed to prepare the student to pass the IRC 2006 certification exam with emphasis on study and test taking techniques as well as technical information. The course has been approved  by The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®) and CPHB for Membership Renewal Credits (MRC'S).

Curriculum 

Course introduction and Orientation Review and distribution of material Administrative and Planning chapters 1-3
“Making studying and test taking easier.”

PLUMBING: Chapters 25-32

ELECTRICAL: Chapters 33-42
 
BUILDING: Chapters 3-11
 
MECHANICAL: Chapters 12-24

Registration closes 72 hours prior to beginning of class (i.e. if class begins on 06-02-05 then all registrations must be in by 05-30-05. The registrar will confirm registration and class availability.
