Monday, May 17 – Investor Red Flags, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm  This 3-hour course is ideal for investors, buyers and real Estate agents.  If you are in the business of buying houses for investment purposes, then make sure you do not buy a money pit.  This class is designed to show you how to look for the red flags.  There are clues present in any home you walk into.  We will teach you how to look for those clues and what to look for.  This will help to keep you out of the poor house.  Don’t make a financial mistake that could easily put you upside down.
