Monday, May 24 – Protecting Against Water Intrusion, 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm This 3 hour course will give you insight into what goes on behind the walls of a house. We will look at the proper way to protect the home from water intrusion and provide the understanding of how water moves from the roof to the inside of the house. You will understand more about flashing, house wrap and the ultimate protection of water intrusion around a foundation wall. We will show you the results of what happens when water enters through a pin hole and the damage that it can do. This is an eye opening course that can save homeowners thousands of dollars in repairs. This course is ideal for everyone from home owners, builders, inspectors and realtors.
