wall framingAt first glance, the SEE-THRU HOUSE™ looks like someone’s construction loan ran out. Yet, a closer look makes it apparent it’s appearance is planned with careful attention to details from the intricacy of the build-out to the integration and placement of the products. The "reveal" of the SEE-THRU HOUSE™ is deliberate.

"When I started thinking about the SEE-THRU HOUSE™ a few years ago, I thought it was a great way for homeowners to get some answers by looking at a house from the inside out," recalls Stan A. Garnet, who masterminded the project through We Teach House™ Institute.

wall cut away viewThe brainchild of Stan A. Garnet, the director of education for We Teach House Institute, this innovative approach to explaining how a house works provides insight . . . in sight! That’s the ingenuity of the SEE-THRU HOUSE.

"Most consumers have no idea about how a house is constructed," explains Garnet. In a soft real estate market, according to Garnet, understanding how a home works can help sellers "learn how to ‘look’ at their homes to identify potential problem areas before they put them in the market."

talking to folksWith professionals on site at the SEE-THRU HOUSE™, homeowners and buyers can ask questions about the latest security technology or how to keep their basements dry or even prevent water damage," says Garnet. "Where else can a homeowner ask a Pro a question without getting a bill?"
